Shana Noya was born on November 9, 1950 in Indonesia. When she was 8 months old she came with her parents to the Netherlands.
Her musical career started in 1980 as professional percussionist in her own country but also in many other country’s. In the Netherlands she played with big famous names as: Candy Dulfer, Metropole orchestra, Lee Towers and Rob de Nijs. Also on television she performed many times. On different festivals participate Shana. She had her own band, the Shana Noya band and she performed with them in and outside the Netherlands.
Her first solo cd “ RePercussion” came out in June 1996.
